Account Information

Payment Information

Billing transactions are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store credit card numbers or banking details on our servers.

We use collected information to: provide and improve the eFlora Kerala service; authenticate your account and enforce subscription limits; send transactional emails (password resets, billing confirmations); understand usage patterns to prioritise new features; and respond to your support requests.
